Kim Tiberia of Upscale Estate Sales and her staff did fantastic work for us on our estate sale during the Covid-19 pandemic. We were confident enough in her integrity and ability to do the work for us that we felt comfortable moving out of town before the sale. She took care of everything from advertising, to set up, to the final clean up. She kept us informed of her progress every step of the way, and we were very pleased with the check she was able to send us.
When our home did not sell as quickly as we hoped, she provided exceptional home "Staging" and worked closely with our realtor to get the condo ready for new photograph's and relisting. We are looking forward to a successful sale in the near future.

Upscale Estate Sales, owned by Kim T., provided comprehensive support before, during, and after the sale of my mother’s estate.
As my mother’s property was relatively small Kim offered to conduct the sale for a flat fee rather than a percentage. She clearly explained what return I could realistically expect. She and her team then jumped into the sales preparation with a vigor that truly surprised me.
During the days of the sale, her team was focused on the customers, constantly refreshing and redisplaying items in order to maximize sales, and scrupulously honest.
The sale yielded a net profit, which I believe was mostly due to the attentiveness of the Upscale Estate team. Their excellent support continued even after the sale with follow up calls to potential customers and collectors.

We used Upscale Estate Sales for our recent moving sale in Northville. Kim Tiberia, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She is personally invested in the sale and really has your best interest at heart. We had contacted two other companies before finding Upscale Estate Sales. Both companies told us that our sale was too small and wasn’t worth their time. Kim was willing to work with us and make sure that the sale was successful. Her customer service is exemplary. She even followed up and continued to help us sell items after the sale was complete for no additional fee. In my experience it is very rare to find this type of customer service. Defiantly a"5 Stars" service!

When we listed our home for sale it sold faster than we had anticipated. That’s the good news. The bad news is we had to clean out a 4,000 square foot home we had lived in for 25+ years and be ready for occupancy in 30 days! Then more good news: We met Kim from Upscale Estate Sales. Her team was able to organize, market and execute a weekend estate sale all within a very short time frame. Kim Tiberia was excellent in handling my estate sale when I decided to downsize. I had a 6000 sq foot home that I had lived in for over 21 years and it seemed overwhelming when I contemplated just how I was to appropriately deal with all the items, furniture, and memories that I had to let go.
Kim took care of everything, from pricing, organizing numerous estate sale weekends, dealing with the buyers and supporting me when the memories and emotions took their toll. I was very pleased with the check I received when it was all over and the whole process was completed seamlessly because of Kim.
